CLASS DESCRIPTION

All Queen Bee classes are taught using spinning pole.  This is a full body, strength & cardio workout designed to make you stronger and more confident in body, mind and spirit!  

Thru our special combination of dance and conditioning techniques, all students will develop their own Bad Ass-ness in floor & aerial work on a spinning pole.  

HOW TO PREPARE

  • We love your skin and so does the pole - please wear shorts, and tanks or tees

  • Knee pads are a plus

  • NO LOTIONS or MOISTURIZERS - 24 hours before any class

  • Bring lots of water because you will SWEAT
